End-User License Agreement

1. License grant

Velora Audio grants you a free, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on any number of machines you own or control, for personal or commercial audio-production use, including the production and release of commercial music. No payment, license key or activation is required.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent or lease the software
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software
• Bundle or redistribute the software for resale or as part of another product
• Re-host the installer; always link to velora-audio-web.pages.dev instead

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights, including DSP algorithms, source code, presets, graphics and trademarks, remain the property of Velora Audio.

4. Updates

Anvil is free and all updates are provided free of charge. Velora Audio makes no guarantee of a fixed update schedule.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Velora Audio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Price

The software is provided free of charge. There is no purchase and therefore no refund process.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is [Stadt], Germany.
